If you cannot remember or your current password is not working, please use the Google self-service password recovery feature. All Google Workspace accounts have a password recovery contact information set. Recovery information will be sent to either your recovery contact email address or phone number. The Google system randomizes and determines if an email or text message will be sent as part of their security layer.
Scholars: Your recovery contact is set to Contact 1 email address and phone number given at enrollment.
GHO Employees: Your recovery contact is set to your Great Hearts email address.
