Sign out of Google
Cached data or credentials may sometimes lead to errors, including the inability to log in to systems.
On a Chromebook, the option to sign out may not be available, so proceed to clear the browser cache. If you are on a device other than a Chromebook, browse to https://myaccount.google.com, click on the bubble in the upper right corner. Click the button to “Sign Out” or, if present, “Sign out of all accounts.”
