Troubleshooting Steps
- Unplug the camera from your computer, wait 30 seconds, and plug it back in.
- Ensure that the ChromeOS Policy has been updated.
- Zoom Outgoing Video is Blank or Frozen After Switching to OKIOCAM Doc Cam
- Update any document camera related software being used in your workflow.
Known Issues
OKIOCAM document cameras require updated firmware to connect to current Zoom versions. Please see Updating OKIOCAM S Firmware
