Occasionally, you might be logged out of your accounts. Sometimes when this happens, Canvas will display a "Cookies Required" page. There is a simple way to resolve this issue!
First, click the "Login" button on the left-hand global navigation menu.
Next, you should be taken to the Great Hearts Online Canvas login page. Select the appropriate button to login for scholars or for faculty depending on your account type, then use your Google Single Sign On (SSO) to access your Canvas account.
If this does not resolve the issue, verify cookies are enabled In Chrome:
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More Settings.
- Under "Privacy and security," click Site settings.
- Click Cookies.
- From here, you can: Turn on cookies: Next to "Blocked," turn on the switch.
This problem is most common for iOS (Apple) users.
