What is SSO?
SSO (Single Sign On) is an authentication method that allows users to login with a single set of credentials. Great Hearts Online uses Google Workspace SSO with most platforms.

Google Workspace SSO vs. Username and Password
Many websites allow a user to set their login ID as an email address. This can become confusing since in many scenarios, the username and password for Google Workspace may be identical to another set of credentials you might use for a website.
If you are asked to use SSO to login, make sure to select "login with Google." If you see an option to type in a user ID and password in this case, do not use this option. In many cases, this will take you to the wrong account or will simply not work.
