Introduction
Screenshots are often a very effective and quick way to get support for any issues you may encounter. Screenshots can show more words than written or spoken words often can. (A picture is worth a thousand words!) When sending a screenshot, it is important to create images that give the most information possible.
Edge-to-Edge Screenshot
When creating a screenshot, it is always recommended to capture from edge-to-edge of your screen. Often the most critical information needed is in the corner, top, or bottom of the screen. If you use multiple screens, include multiple screenshots of each of the screens.
When troubleshooting your issue, the more information we have, the more quickly and accurately we can identify a solution. We often rely on context clues and additional information to any error message you may be seeing.
